Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

1. The service

QuickerGrade (quickergrade.com) provides free online grade calculators, GPA tools, conversion charts, and downloadable user guides for students, teachers, and parents. Everything on this site is free to use, with no account or signup required.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use QuickerGrade lawfully and reasonably:

• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, or misuse the calculators.
• Our guides and PDFs are free for personal and classroom use; do not resell them or present them as your own.

3. No warranty

Our calculators are tools to help you estimate grades quickly. While we work hard to keep the math correct, we do not guarantee that results are error-free. For grades that matter – final transcripts, scholarships, admissions – always verify against your school’s official records.

4. Intellectual property

The QuickerGrade name, design, copy, and guides are our original work. You may link to our pages and share our free guides; you may not copy the site’s design or content wholesale.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the site grows. The “last updated” date above will always reflect the current version.
